All my life I've been a 'Jack of All Trades', trying out every kind of art form under the sun. I love character design, musical theatre, directing, embroidery, sculpting, singing, and even painting. Though, for this website, I'll mainly be focusing on my illustrative, photography, and graphic design work.

Known as 'The Syrup Moat' on most platforms, I've been making art and sharing it with people for many years. I started at Belhaven University studying Musical Theatre but found that I just couldn't stay away from visual art. So I did what any sleep deprived college student would do and decided to declare a double major. I graduated in the spring of 2023 with a BA in Theatre Performance and a BA in Traditional and Digital Art.

Inspired by traditional 2D animation, tabletop role-playing games, and the fantasy genre, my art focuses on telling imaginative stories through a single image. When I'm not drawing, I can be found performing, writing, or playing a game of Dungeons and Dragons.
